Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms of Service for NeoLuxe Studio. It applies to all photographs, text, instructions and other material you submit, all output you generate, and all use of the Service or a connected store.

1. Use material you have the right to use

You may not upload, generate, publish or distribute material that:

• infringes or misappropriates copyright, trademark, design, patent, trade-secret or other proprietary rights;
• uses a person’s face, body, voice, name or likeness without the consent and legal basis required for the requested use;
• violates privacy, confidentiality, publicity, data-protection or contractual duties; or
• depicts counterfeit goods or falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or authenticity.

2. Protect people from abuse and exploitation

You may not use the Service for material that:

• sexually exploits or endangers a minor, depicts a minor in a sexual context, or facilitates grooming or abuse. Apparent minors are treated as minors;
• creates or edits intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without their explicit consent;
• promotes hatred, dehumanisation, harassment or discrimination based on a protected characteristic;
• makes a credible threat, celebrates or instructs violence, facilitates self-harm, or depicts extreme gore without legitimate context; or
• impersonates a person or creates a deceptive digital replica for fraud, harassment, exploitation or political manipulation.

3. Do not use the Service for illegal or high-risk activity

You may not use the Service to:

• violate a law, regulation, court order, sanctions or export-control restriction, or help another person do so;
• facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, money laundering, illegal gambling, trafficking, controlled-substance sales, weapons sales or other regulated transactions without every required authorisation;
• create false identity, financial, medical, legal, academic or official records, or material intended to defeat identity or authenticity checks;
• make or substantially influence decisions about a person’s employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal services or access to essential services; or
• create content whose possession or distribution is unlawful.

4. Represent products honestly

The Service is designed for product presentation, not for disguising what a customer will receive. If you use output in commerce, you must:

• check that colour, shape, construction, included items, condition and other material product features are accurate;
• correct or disclose AI-created differences where omission could mislead a reasonable buyer;
• avoid invented claims about materials, origin, sustainability, certification, performance, safety, price or warranty; and
• comply with advertising, consumer-protection, marketplace, labelling and disclosure rules that apply to the listing.

5. Do not attack or misuse the Service

You may not:

• gain or attempt unauthorised access to an account, system, model, credential, prompt, source code or data;
• upload malware, probe vulnerabilities, disrupt the Service, evade a safety measure, or interfere with another user;
• manipulate credits, billing, referrals, rate limits or usage records;
• use automated means to scrape, crawl, bulk-download or generate at a volume not expressly permitted by your plan;
• resell access, share credentials, operate a service bureau or sublicense the Service without our written permission;
• reverse engineer or extract protected components except to the extent applicable law expressly allows; or
• use the Service, its output or non-public data to train, benchmark or build a competing model or service without our written permission.

6. Enforcement and appeals

We may use automated moderation and manual review to enforce this Policy. Depending on severity and context, we may reject a request, remove material, return or withhold credits, limit a feature, suspend or close an account, preserve relevant records, notify an affected platform, or report conduct where legally required. Serious or urgent violations may be acted on without advance notice.

Automated checks can be wrong. To ask us to review a moderation or enforcement decision, email contact@neoluxe.studio with the account email, approximate time and enough detail to locate the request. Do not resend unlawful material in the appeal.

7. Reporting a concern

Report suspected abuse, infringement or unlawful material to contact@neoluxe.studio. Include the relevant URL or record, a clear description and your contact details. Copyright reports should also include the information listed in our Terms of Service.
